The Central Conference is made up of the 3 divisions , with a total of 20 teams involved.

The teams are based in Hull, Leeds, Sheffield, Manchester and Nottingham.

Division 1 – Nottingham Wolpack, Nottingham Cerberus, Stingrays A, Greasley Bears, Nottingham Vikings and Nottingham Timberwolves

Division 2 – Manchester Millionaires, Long Eaton Lightning, Nottingham Titans, Hull Riverkings, Stingrays B and Hammerheads.

Division 3 – Sheffield Steelers, Nottingham Hawks, Nemesis 1, Nemesis 2, Stingrays C, Nottingham Hyenas, Sheffield Knights and Leeds Rams
